A report by the research firm Canalys has shown that almost half of iPod owners in Europe would consider buying the iPhone as their next mobile phone".

Despite some issues over the lack of 3g connectivity and battery life, the iPod generation are putting form over substance. As with the Zune, it appears that Apple will have a fair number of teething problems.
